Return Policy

Customers may return their artwork within 15 days of receiving the item. Please note the following conditions for eligibility:

• Return Period: You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

• Condition of Item: The artwork must be in its original condition, unused, and free from any signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at kabechedreamscapes@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return criteria, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the artwork has been returned and inspected.
